The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) oversees the sale, service, and delivery of alcohol by bars, restaurants, and now retail locations. Business owners interested in becoming licensed alcohol retailers in Ontario must apply for a retail licence, regardless of whether selling or serving is their primary business. The application, management, and renewal processes can be conveniently handled online through the iAGCO platform and licences are offered for terms of either two or four years. Here are the AGCOs steps to get your business licensed.
